Sunny Heart Silver Award for Mythos Palace Resort & Spa

Mythos Palace Resort & Spa in Georgioupolis, Crete, received the Sunny Heart Silver Award 2018 in the category “Griechenland & Zypern” (Greece & Cyprus), from Thomas Cook.

For the fourth time Thomas Cook, one of the top global travel companies, awarded the most popular hotels in the German source market, based on quality and customer satisfaction.

The winners of the Sunny Heart Awards are determined through a process that takes into consideration customer feedback, through the Thomas Cook Customer Satisfaction Survey, and eventually the vote of travel agencies throughout Germany, that choose their favorite hotels within the different categories.
